Here you can cancel your Kobel subscription directly and without detours. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your access remains active until then.
Notes on cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are not refunded, but you keep full access until the paid period ends.
- To cancel, you need the email address you used to purchase, as well as your licence key (Pro subscription) or Team code.
- For a refund (withdrawal within 14 days), please use the withdrawal page.
- Alternatively, you can cancel directly in the Kobel app under Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

- You receive an immediate confirmation on this page (and later by email).
- Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- At the end of the period, your plan is automatically downgraded to the free Basic version.
