VAT / Small business regulation
In its internal relationship with its payment service provider, Amoria applies the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) and does not show VAT separately on its own invoices.
The software "Kobel" is sold to end customers through Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the seller towards the end customer and shows, charges, and remits the applicable VAT / sales tax / GST on its own responsibility.
